This was a special day shooting in The Met's Astor Chinese Garden Court. Artist Zheng Wei was a delicate master to withhold up close, and I'm really proud of the visceral feel of what we were able to capture. He also made scripts of the whole crew's names--including my daughter--an honorable artist if there ever was one.
